The deadline for both payment and enrolment for the Academies starting from 31 October 2024 is 24 October 2024.
We do not provide the option for payment in installments.
If you’ve paid the tuition fee online using a bank card, you’ll be directly enrolled in your chosen Academy. The training course will then be accessible in the ‘My Library’ section of your ITmetamorphosis Platform account.
For those who have opted to pay the tuition fee via bank transfer, we will enroll you in the Academy upon receipt of the payment. Following this, the training course will be available in the ‘My Library’ section of your ITmetamorphosis Platform account.
The course materials, including video lessons, presentations, and exercises, are provided in English. Mentor sessions will be conducted in the group’s chosen language, either Bulgarian or English.
Please note that a working proficiency in English (B1 level) is necessary to understand the training materials.
Each Academy typically requires a minimum of 7 participants. However, in exceptional cases, it may begin with fewer participants.
If there are more than 10 applicants for the same group academy and start date, we may divide them into separate groups for a more focused learning experience.
Due to limited places in the courses, the applicants will be enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis.
The entire training is conducted virtually, allowing students to access the training materials via the ITmetamorphosis platform at their convenience.
Mentor sessions are also held online, with the schedule being mutually decided by the group and the mentor to accommodate everyone’s preferences.
Yes, all trainees who successfully complete the academy will be awarded a certificate issued by Power Partner Solutions Ltd. Please note that an exam will be conducted at the end of each course to assess your understanding.
While there are no specific hardware requirements, the computer used for training must run on Windows (version 10 or later) and have SAP GUI for Windows installed. We strongly recommend using the SAP GUI for Windows to access the SAP system, as the Java or HTML versions of SAP GUI offer limited functionalities and may not be adequate for the training. Please note that we might not be able to assist with issues related to these versions.
All enrolled trainees will receive complimentary access to video tutorials that guide them through the installation process of SAP GUI for Windows.
Moreover, a stable internet connection is essential for accessing the training materials, the SAP system, and for participating in online mentor sessions.
Yes, the ITmetamorphosis Platform is accessible via mobile devices such as smartphones. However, for working on exercise tasks in the SAP System, you should use SAP GUI for Windows on a computer or laptop.
Yes, both training systems are accessible from abroad.
The course start date may be postponed due to an insufficient number of participants (for group courses) or unexpected/unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness). In the event of a postponement, you will be duly informed and will have the choice to receive a full refund or attend the course on the postponed date.
